Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged upon arrival
  • Item received is incorrect

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection
  • Misunderstanding of product details

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Must be in original packaging with tags
  • Must include proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@zayden.store within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Issue description
    • Clear photo/video evidence
  3. Wait for approval from our support team

Important:

  • Do not send items back without approval
  • Return instructions and address will be provided after approval

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to defect, damage, or incorrect item โ†’ we may provide a return label or instructions
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If there is any issue, contact us immediately with evidence so we can resolve it.


Product Branding & Compatibility Disclaimer

  • Some products are made by third-party manufacturers and can have their branding. This won't affect the functionality or quality of the product
  • Unless clearly stated, products are not officially affiliated with any brand
  • Brand references are used only for description or compatibility

Non-Refundable Cases (Clarification)

Refunds will not be issued for misunderstandings regarding:

  • Brand origin
  • Naming conventions
  • Design/style expectations

If the product matches the description, images, and specifications, it is considered valid and non-refundable.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

  • You may return your order within 14 days for any reason
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

Conditions:

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Restocking/handling fees may apply
  • No prepaid return labels for non-defective returns

Refund Process

  • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected
  • If approved, refund is issued to your original payment method (A processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted)
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
