Will the legends fade or peel over time?
No. The PBT keys use five-side thermal sublimation — the dye is fused directly into the material at a molecular level, not printed on the surface.
The PC artisan keys use UV printing for razor-sharp detail on the illustrated keys.
There is no ink sitting on top to scratch, peel, or wear through. Type for years. The runes won't move.

What material are these made of — and does it affect RGB?
Scarleth Rune uses a PBT + PC hybrid build.
PBT keys (alphas and most modifiers): Dense, premium feel. Resists shine and yellowing over years of use. Slightly mutes RGB — but that's the tradeoff for a material that ages beautifully.
PC keys (artisan spacebar and accent keys): Semi-transparent polycarbonate that lets RGB bleed through the illustrated artwork. When lit, these keys look like stained glass.
The result: a set that performs acoustically and visually at the same time.
